Travel Trade Marketing
We may be looking a brilliant individuals to deliver amazing results for our destinations. You'll need you to have a good working knowledge of the travel industry, enjoy presenting, be well-organised and personally driven. Oh, and enjoy travelling to Africa!
There are potential roles at the following levels - Manager, Executive and Assistant.
Job Role & Responsibilities

Increase understanding and knowledge of your destination(s) amongst the UK travel trade.

Provide product training to Africa specialists across the UK, identifying those who require fam trips etc

Develop joint marketing activities with selected key operators

Work with the PR team to ensure plans are developed and implemented

Work with the Consumer marketing team on activities including events and travel shows.

Work with the Events team on organising trade shows and seminars
-
Attend regular trade shows and trade events across the UK
-
Oversee the implementation of a country marketing plan, managing budgets, performance and reporting.
Required Skills & Experiences
-
Creative, dynamic, enthusiastic, committed
-
Ideally well travelled (to Africa, if at all possible)

Knowledgeable about the workings of the travel industry

Ability to confidently present and influence professional audiences
-
2-3 years experience in the travel industry (marketing, sales or product management) or in marketing.

Driving license
