Muchenje’s new yoga retreat takes you on a journey of balance, harmony, strength and resilience to learn techniques in all styles of yoga including Shatkarma, Asana, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Mantra and Meditation.
Yoga sessions will take place five times per day with morning, afternoon and evening sessions with a specific style.
