Kamageo offers editors, writers, freelancers, bloggers and vloggers a unique opportunity to hear about exciting developments across Africa. The Africa Media Show (previously known as the Safari Media Show) is able to offer more African destinations, locations, operators and options, all from one source, than any other event. 

 

The format is designed to be small-scale, relaxed and informal, giving more 1-on-1 time with our team where you can discuss your personal ideas and requirements, rather than just listen to lengthy formal presentations.

DESTINATIONS 

​We are able to discuss ideas and trips for Zambia, Uganda, Malawi, Eswatini, Sierra Leone, Senegal and The Gambia (plus Ethiopia and Botswana).

 

MEDIA TRIPS - SCHEDULED & TAILORMADE

At Kamageo, ​we can often arrange partly- or fully-funded press trips (sometimes including flights) in return for high quality contracted editorial coverage.  After each country session, we will outline our scheduled press trips (minimum 2 pax, maximum 3 people). We also tailor-make media trips to our destinations too. As a guide, as a minimum requirement, we need a commission from at least one national newspaper or a travel/lifestyle magazine to confirm a writer's participation on a media trip.
